NEBEC 2020 Registration
The conference fee covers all instruction, program materials, refreshment breaks, and Friday lunch. Registrants are responsible for all other meals and
- Regular registration fees are $125 (by March 10) and $175 (after March 10).
- Student (including post-doc) registration fees are $60 (by March 10) and $85 (after March 10).
How to Register
You can register online (with a credit card) or by mailing the printable registration form (with a check, money order, credit card, purchase order, or
letter of authorization from your employer or sponsoring organization). Accepted credit cards are American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and VISA.

You may not use your Penn State account to register anyone other than yourself. If you are registering someone else, an account must be created with
their name and information.

You may also register by completing and mailing or faxing the Printable Registration Form (Adobe PDF).
Purchase orders or checks (payable to "Penn State") must include registration forms for each individual. For reference, Penn State's Federal ID Number
is 24-6000376. Group rates are not available for this conference.
All advance registrations must be received by 5:00 p.m. (ET), Friday, March 20. For inquiries regarding registration, please contact the
registration office at email@example.com or call 814-867-4973.
Penn State Conferences and Institutes will confirm your registration by email. If you do not provide an email address, you will receive confirmation by
postal mail. You will be alerted promptly of any cancellations or changes. If some unforeseen event forces Penn State to cancel or postpone the program, you will receive a full refund of your
registration fee; however, the University cannot be held responsible for any related costs, including cancellation fees assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
If your request to withdraw is received at least 15 business days prior to the first day of the conference, we can issue a partial refund. Send your
written request by email to PSUconferences@psu.edu or by fax to 814-863-5190. A $50 administrative fee will be charged for each withdrawal.
Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may identify a substitute. A full refund will be issued after the substitution registration has been completed.
A registration form and full payment by the substitute are required. Substitutes are eligible to register at the same fee.
